Restore Balance on the Court of Appeals

This Appeals Court is Big, Powerful and Out of Balance

I'm running for the Fifth District Court of Appeals, what I like to call "the most important court you've never heard of." I know it's hard to learn about all your judges and courts, but I'm asking you to take notice of this race because it is so important.

This appeals court is the largest in Texas. If you have a trial outcome you disagree with in civil, criminal or family court in Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, Kaufman, Grayson or Hunt county, your recourse is the Fifth District Court of Appeals. Before I became a judge, I represented the rights of individuals for four decades, including appellate work, so I know how critical a fair court of appeals really is. We need better balance on this court so that a sense of objectivity can be restored.

Today, this court is 100% Republican, and my opponent is a far right wing partisan backed by wealthy donors and political action committees who want to take away your rights. We don't need partisanship on this court. We need fairness, justice, objectivity, and diversity of opinion and perspective.

Please remember to vote down ballot for Judge Ken Molberg for Justice. We have a chance to bring balance to the Court of Appeals for the first time in 20 years, and your vote really matters.
