Re-Elect Judge Ken Molberg

I'm running for the Fifth District Court of Appeals, what I like to call "the most important court you've never heard of." I know it's hard to learn about all your judges and courts, but I'm asking you to take notice of this race because it is so important.

VOTER ALERT - 2018 is the last time you will be able to vote a straight ticket in Texas. Voting Straight Democratic is the easiest way to elect Judge Molberg, who will be down your ballot. Republicans in Austin are removing this option in 2020 to make it harder to vote.

Before I became a judge, I worked for four decades representing individuals in court, including trying many cases in front of juries. Over the years, I have remained a steadfast defender of the right to a trial by jury. Trial by jury is part of our constitutional fabric.
